Reporting directly into the SVP of HR, the Sr. Director HRBP will work as a strategic business partner within our global Sales organization.
• Flexible and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who can truly partner with the business as well as operate within processes and systems that enable the growth of the business
• Partnering with leaders at various levels within the global organization to coach, support and provide guidance on organizational structure and effectiveness, as well as implementing annual HR programs such as: performance reviews, merit reviews, succession planning, and action plans resulting from employee surveys
• Able to work collaboratively with a global team in a high tech environment and take a hands-on approach, he/she will deliver scalable, customer-focused HR programs and services to the business; implementing them in a way that ensures that the program goals are accomplished while meeting the business needs
• Will have the demonstrated ability to manage change and support a fast pace organization
Main Duties
• Implements and facilitates HR programs for assigned client groups in areas such as organizational effectiveness, compensation, performance management, on boarding, engagement, training, retention and career development
• Partners with and coaches the Sales SVP and senior leaders of assigned groups in a dynamic and evolving business
• Proactively identities potential ER situations before they occur, is responsive to employee, manager and sr. leader issues and is available for consultation ensuring a balance in representing all parties` interest
• Coaches and educates senior sales managers on resolving more sensitive employee relations issues. Collaborates with more senior team members for guidance on the issues that have a higher risk or impact on individual/business
• Participates in the development of HR programs to support the ongoing growth and capability
• Develops predictive analytics to assist sales leaders and business partners in making decisions
• Analyzes, designs and maintains global Human Resources reports, statistics, trends and identifies any reporting needs for assigned groups
• Monitors the "pulse" of the assigned group to ensure a high level of employee engagement and to proactively address issues and attrition risks
• Partners with key stakeholders to deliver and lead effective career development, employee relations, compliance, retention and reward programs trainings and education
• Partners with corporate teams to support business unit initiatives, leverage corporate programs, and promote collaboration, focusing on Sales.
• Proactively identifies and manages projects independently
• Be comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions

Experience And Skills
• Bachelor`s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• 10+ years` experience in an HR generalist, HR management or business partner role
• Experience working in a high tech company with a go to market strategy
• 5+ years supporting a global company with a heavy Sales focus.
• Strong business and HR acumen, including problem solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis
• Experience with employee relations, change management and team development
• Experience partnering with business leaders in highly complex and dynamic business setting
• Excellent communication, coaching, planning/project management skills and presentation skills
• Proven ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
• Demonstrated ability to translate company strategy and goals into optimal HR processes that are scalable, simple, customer-focused and adaptable to unique and changing business needs
• Experience in a growth-phase or supporting a remote corporate subsidiary highly desirable
• Ability to provide leadership, work collaboratively on teams, and consult effectively and independently with all levels of the organization
• Experience with metrics and fact-based decision making
• Experience in the development and administration of HR projects
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Strong project/program management skills, with the ability to obtain buy-in and then drive
