AS&D is a premier US-based designer, manufacturer, and distributor of aluminum railing, balcony, sunshade, and patio cover systems. We sell exclusively to dealers, distributors and wholesalers in the residential and commercial construction industries. We source our aluminum through leading industrial suppliers who use more than 50 percent recycled aluminum in their manufacturing processes. On September 27, 2022, FedNat Insurance Company ("FNIC") was placed into receivership by the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (OIR). The Florida Department of Financial Services (DFS) now has authority over FNICs operations; including bank accounts. As a result, there may be a slight delay in claim processing during this transitional period.
