Rhode Island Airport Corporation

The Rhode Island Airport Corporation (RIAC) is a governmental agency and public instrumentality of the state of Rhode Island which manages all publicly owned airports within the state.    The corporation was formed in 1992 as a semiautonomous subsidiary of the Rhode Island Port Authority, which has since become the Rhode Island Economic Development Corporation.
