The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (WRHA) fulfills its purpose of Caring for Health by working to provide services that promote independence, wellness, treatment and care, and doing so with respect for the patients, residents, clients and communities it serves. With an annual operating budget of nearly $2.4 billion dollars, the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority operates or funds over 200 health service facilities and programs.
