From site selection to move-in day, our team offers a unique perspective in how to design, develop, construct and manage student housing communities. At the forefront of the privatized collegiate housing industry for more than 20 years, each member of the staff specializes only in collegiate housing projects. Each and every project Servitas develops, constructs and manages is with a highly talented team of student housing experts. We have served more than 40 Universities in 15 states with the delivery of more than 40,000 beds. Servitas competes with larger, public companies in terms of finance but is awarded projects based on the personal and attentive service the team provides to schools. The philosophy at Servitas is not to chase every project but only those where we can provide true value to our client. The Servitas team offers a fully integrated development process with Colleges and Universities to develop housing that meets the current and future needs of the residents. Servitas, LLC comprises three operating companies: Servitas, Servitas Management Group and Servitas Consulting Group. These three branches work in partnership with our clients as one company providing cross-functional expertise in market and feasibility analysis, program management, finance coordination, construction management and property management services.
