By 2012, The Carlyle Group purchased majority ownership of Service King as the company prepared to expand its high-quality collision repair service across the U.S. Fueled by national growth, premier global investment and advisory group Blackstone purchased majority ownership of Service King in 2014 further establishing the organization and an industry leader.
