The Arc Rockland With over 700 employees, we are among the largest employers in Rockland County and have a solid history of more than 60 years of service to the community. We work hand-in-hand with individuals and families to ensure that each person is an integral member of the community. VersAbility Resources has been providing comprehensive community-based supports for individuals with disabilities and their families for over 60 years. VersAbility currently serves over 1,400 individuals with disabilities annually in employment, community living, day support, and early childhood programs. Our service area includes Hampton, Newport News, Poquoson, York County, Norfolk and Virginia Beach, as well as the ten counties on the Middle Peninsula and Northern Neck. With a budget of $39 million and over 1,000 employees, we are a major business and employer.
