Requirements
o 5+ Years as CTO or senior engineering executive
o 10+ years proven experience in software engineering
o Experience working with, programming and developing custom hardware
o Know Ruby on Rails, Javascript, C and SQL backwards and forwards
o Understand databases intimately
o Appreciate Scoot`s mission of stopping climate change with Electric Vehicles for Everyone
o Have a degree in CS, Engineering, Physics or Math
