Most of our projects are self-financed and over the last 25 years we have invested on average $500 MUSD of Skanska capital annually. In the last five years we have invested $3 billion of Skanska capital in new ground-up speculative buildings in nine countries and we have delivered 11 million square feet of mainly class A sustainable office buildings. Skanska Commercial Development started operating in the US in 2009, focusing on Class A office and multifamily buildings in select urban locations. We have three facilities located in Virginia Beach, Virginia , each built with the express purpose of assembling power generation projects and storing power generation equipment. Our overall property is 5 1/2 Acres. The main manufacturing facilities are over 100,000 sq ft of space. A second facility is 11,000 sqft of clean storage facility designed to warehouse customer equipment and material. We have an acre of staging space and a 2000 sq ft administrative space.
