The company operates through four segments: U.S. Residential Products, U.S. Commercial Products, European Roll Coated Aluminum, and European Engineered Products. The U.S. Residential Products segment offers residential roof drainage products, including preformed gutters, downspouts, elbows, soffits, drip edges, fascias, flashings, snow guards, and related accessories, which are primarily used for the repair, replacement, or enhancement of residential roof drainage systems; and vinyl replacement windows, and aluminum patio and awning components. The U.S. Commercial Products segment provides roofing and siding panels, ridge caps, flashings, trims, soffits, and other accessories, as well as sidewall components, sidings, and other exterior components for use in the construction of various small scale commercial, agricultural, and industrial building types. The European Roll Coated Aluminum segment produces specialty coated coil and processes into specialty coated sheets and panels. This segment’s specialty coated metal products are used to manufacture RV sidewalls, commercial roofing panels, interior ceiling panels, and liner panels for shipping containers. The European Engineered Products segment offers residential windows, doors, and shower enclosures; windows used in the operator compartments of heavy equipment; components for automotive original equipment manufacturers (OEMs); and RV doors. The company serves OEMs, home improvement retailers, industrial and architectural contractors, rural contractors, distributors, home improvement contractors, and manufactured housing producers.
