Our mission is simple: Helping Other People Evolv. But that starts with a strong and committed corporate culture as the foundation to build a legacy company. At Evolv, we live every day with the philosophy of “We hear you, we see you, and what you say matters to us.” Not only are the products in our Core Formula (Shake, Fix, Fuel, and Limitless) meant to help you reach the health goals you have, but we have also created a program that will help you remain accountable to your personal goals and track your progress. The e84 is an 84 day health program that helps you reach your goals in 84 days. Additionally, The HOPE Foundation works to create opportunities and provide resources to assist those in need, in the form of donations, scholarships, community involvement, and free product. The HOPE Foundation has joined with Emily`s Place to help recovering families learn the importance of proper nutrition, fitness, and other healthy habits. Emily`s Place seeks to break the cycle of domestic violence for women and their children by providing “transformational” living with emphasis on emotional healing and life-skills training to ensure a successful, self-sustaining future. Emily`s Place is not a shelter, which typical allows women to stay for 30-90 days. Rather, it is a housing ministry based on a 24-month stay commitment which promotes stability and wise choices.
Founded in 1989, Comunilife improves the quality of life and creates a healthier tomorrow for New Yorkers with special needs in the Hispanic and broader communities - by providing culturally competent health and human services and a continuum of affordable and supportive housing. Comunilife serves more than 3,000 low-income and vulnerable New Yorkers annually. We operate 1,438 units of low income and supported transitional and permanent housing for homeless persons living with serious mental illness or HIV/AIDS. Our Medical and Psychiatric Respite Program offers short-term supportive housing, care management and coordination for patients from acute care hospitals. Our Vida Guidance Center, a Bronx-based mental health clinic provides more than 18,000 outpatient visits a year to children, adolescents, adults, families and seniors. Our Mi Salud™ program provides coordinated behavioral and medical care services for older Hispanic seniors with serious psychiatric challenges. Our Life is Precious Program provides suicide prevention activities for Latina teens who have seriously considered or attempted suicide. According to a Centers of Disease Control and Prevention survey, in 2011 15.7% of Latina teens in NYC seriously considered &11.3% attempted suicide. In Brooklyn and the Bronx, where LIP is located, 16.7% and 16.5% of Latina teens, respectively, seriously considered suicide during that time - a rate far greater than their non-Hispanic counterparts.
