Mr. Dwyer served at Diametrics, Inc., where he served as President of California-based high technology Company. Mr. Dwyer began his professional career as an Attorney with Arent, Fox, Kintner, Plotkin & Kahn, the fifth largest law firm in Washington, D.C., where he focused on transactions in the health care and telecommunications industries.
