Chefs Robert Liang and Paul Hsueh have spent decades creating and refining dishes that are enjoyed by vegans, vegetarians and meat-eaters alike. The dishes at Garden Fresh are so tasty, it is hard to believe they contain no animal products, but it`s true. No meat, no dairy, no eggs…our dishes are strictly vegan, compassionate, nutritious and yummy. Chinese vegan cuisine is a centuries-old tradition that we are pleased to offer. Our chefs use only the freshest ingredients and most tantalizing seasonings to please and tease your palate. We never use MSG, trans fats or high-fructose corn syrup, and all of our meals are cooked to order on location. Lunch and dinner are served at both Garden Fresh locations: in downtown Palo Alto`s University Avenue area, and at El Camino and Shoreline in Mountain View.
