Schuylkill Health is the result of an affiliation between two community hospitals formerly known as Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center and The Pottsville Hospital and Warne Clinic. On August 1, 2008, Schuylkill Health became the new parent organization for the hospitals and their affiliated entities.

CharterCARE Health Partners, created through the affiliation of Roger Williams Medical Center and St. Joseph Health Services of Rhode Island, was formed to preserve and enhance quality health care for the communities we serve. As Rhode Island’s first community-based health system, we pledge to harness advancements in medical technology and our financial strength on behalf of our patients and employees people.
