The Chief Technology Officer will be a vital part of our senior management team. S/he will establish a customer service and support process with particular responsibility for web-based services that implement the support function. S/he will integrate customer service and support with the software engineering process to improve application usability. Additionally, this person will identify opportunities and risks for delivering the company`s services as a web-based business, including identification of competitive services, opportunities for innovation, and assessment of marketplace obstacles and technical hurdles to the business success. S/he will provides strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation, and coordination of information and technology systems.
Qualifications
• Bachelor`s degree in computer science, business administration or related field; advanced degree in one of these fields is a plus
• Residential Real Estate Brokerage business experience is a MUST!
• At least 15 years of experience in the Information Technology arena and at least 10 years of management and strategic experience
• Strong background in business processes, technologies and systems that support best-in-class operations including high volume and high availability environments.
• Experience leading and motivating teams. This would include providing direction, coaching and giving effective feedback to team members.
• Experience leading large-scale network deployment and optimization projects.
• Experience with implementation of information security leading practices for key areas such as network controls, including information security concepts in all phases of the software development life cycle, logical access controls and data protection.
• Experience in managing implementation projects with third party service providers.
