CareerSource Heartland is a not-for-profit corporation that operates as a demand-driven and business focused public-private partnership. Through oversight provided by the local elected officials from DeSoto, Hardee, and Highlands counties, our Board of Directors offer workforce development related growth opportunities to Business Customers and Job Seekers throughout our Tri-County service delivery area. As one of twenty-four Regional Workforce Boards in Florida, we oversee the workforce and talent development activities in the tri-county region, collaborating with numerous private and public sector organizations and businesses to enhance the local economy.
