Job Description
Talent is such an overused word but rightly so: people drive success. We see this every day and work hard to ensure we have a great team that is engaged, learning, and feels connected to their work and to their colleagues. We rank 8th on Glassdoor among San Francisco companies with under 1,000 employees, and were the 6th fastest growing company in San Francisco on last year`s Inc 500 list. We are looking for a superlative Director of HR to join our growing team.
Why is this role important?
PresenceLearning is looking for a talented, experienced Director of Human Resources to help our team thrive as we go through a period of dramatic growth. We have built a stellar company culture centered on our mission of using technology to unlock every child`s full potential. You will have a profound impact on every aspect of our organization, including human resources compliance, compensation and benefits, employee support, professional development and culture. You are a systems-builder who relishes the challenge of setting up practices that will continue to propel our company when we are multiples of our current size.
If you are a strong candidate with a proven track record of success at other high-growth companies, and if you have equal facility in dealing with day-to-day execution as well as process and strategy improvement, apply today!
