Reporting to the President and Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Human Resources will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, providing strong strategic and tactical leadership throughout the organization. Responsible for a staff of three, including two HR Generalists and one HR Representative, the Director will manage the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resources function at the Zoo, as well as all youth and adult volunteer programs.
