Your daily responsibilities include:
The Vice President of Talent Management will develop, lead and measure the effectiveness of a comprehensive talent management strategy for the organization. They will be responsible for fostering a talent mindset, managing and supporting a series of company-wide talent initiatives, and ensuring that talent acquisition, talent management processes, organizational development, learning, leadership development, and succession are aligned to meet overall business priorities.Responsibilities:
Provide leadership to the development of all global talent management processes, systems, programs, practices and tools for an international organization.
Work with the senior Human Resources Business Partners and leadership teams to establish and execute the Talent & Development strategy.
Utilize resources to assess current and prospective talent to meet the needs of our business.
Direct a leadership development and rotational programs for senior management, middle management, and non-management.
Provide development support and coaching to the leadership of the company
Build talent & development capability amongst the broader HR team
To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set:

Qualifications:
10+ years of experience leading a talent management function in a large organization.
Proven track record of developing successful talent programs to include talent development, progression and succession.

Progressive experience managing diverse teams in a global business.
Advanced consulting skills, with superior ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Successes around cultural change and team effectiveness.
Highly collaborative, with ability to work in partnership with the entire Talent & Development community.
Bachelor’s Degree Required; Master’s Preferred
