He then joined American International Group, Inc., where, during his 25 year tenure in the insurance and financial services industry, he served in M&A roles and led legal, compliance, regulatory and corporate affairs teams across 5 continents. Mr. Grassi earned a J.D. from the University of Bern School of Law in Switzerland, where he graduated “cum laude”, and received his Master of Laws Degree from Fordham University School of Law in New York. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Grassi is an avid pilot and holds FAA commercial certificates for airplanes and gyroplanes.
