By Order of the Bankruptcy Court dated October 28, 2009, a Chapter 11 Trustee was appointed. The Trustee is in the process of winding up the affairs of TMST and its subsidiaries and liquidating all of their remaining assets and claims for the benefit of creditors and equity holders. TMST and its subsidiaries have discontinued all other operations.
