MicroEnergy Credits is a social enterprise which links microfinance institutions to the carbon markets when they lend for clean energy. For example, when an MFI gives a loan for a clean energy system such as a solar home system, LED lantern, improved cookstove or biogas digester, we pass carbon revenues on to the MFI.
