As the cruise divisions of Nautilus International Holding Corporation, Metro Cruise Services and Metro Shore Services evolved from Metropolitan Stevedore and its rich pedigree stretching back more than 150 years. Through the decades, Metro has provided the highest quality of service in terminal management and stevedoring. We added ship`s agency and guest services to our menu of services adopting our tradition of excellence and attention to details. Today, as always, we set the standard. As the largest cruise terminal operator on the West Coast, we welcome cruise guests from all over the world and accommodate the needs of hundreds of cruise ships. We are committed to the delivery of memorable cruise experiences, starting and ending in our terminals. We also understand the need to make each cruise guest and crew member feel secure, comfortable and safe as they begin and end their cruise. Metro Cruise Services and Metro Shore Services are solutions-based companies that strive to set the bar for service to the cruise industry. As an Executive Partner of the Cruise Lines International Association, Inc. (CLIA), we have our hands on the pulse of the cruise industry, and we stand ready to offer our resources to respond to any service requests.
