We have 22 residential homes in the Twin Cities west metro area. Homeward Bound responds when a critical event occurs which finds a family unprepared and overwhelmed. We have vast experience, expertise and access to resources which support families and individuals with severe disabilities. A disability can happen to anyone, at anytime.
