IMUNONs platform technologies are based on the delivery of nucleic acids with novel synthetic delivery systems that are independent of viral vectors or devices. The PAISBOA Health Benefit Trust (HBT) is a consortium of independent schools, colleges, and universities within the state of Pennsylvania. The PAISBOA HBT is a self-funded entity, organized as a Multiple Employer Welfare Association (MEWA).
