For over 30 years the Alliance for Positive Health has modeled client centered care and provided skills to help those we serve make informed decisions. Please explore this website to find out about the wide range of support, services and interventions we provide to improve the health of our community. At the Alliance for Positive Health, we work with those who face barriers to accessing health care and social services and strive to reduce health disparities. Our clients` diagnoses are often complicated by stigma, addiction, poverty, homelessness, incarceration or mental illness – and these are the factors which also place them at risk infection with HIV, Hepatitis C and other Sexually Transmitted Diseases.
