The ANX User Group was founded in March 2001 for the purpose of enabling information sharing between ANX subscribers. The group is run for the users and by the users, with seven members of the trading partner community as a steering committee. ANXeBusiness supports the user group both financially and with subject matter expertise. Early developments include the scheduling of quarterly meetings in the Detroit area. Additionally, the user group website offers electronic message boards to enable the ANX community to share ideas, questions, challenges and successes electronically. In time, it is expected that the user group will expand to offer meetings in other geographic areas.
