The Opportunity: We are seeking aDirector Human Resourcesto support ourGlobal Supply Chainorganization, comprised of manufacturing facilities located in Raritan, New Jersey; Rochester, New York; Pompano Beach, Florida and Pencoed, Wales. The Responsibilities: * This HR leader will be a hands-on business partner with responsibility for the strategic direction and support of all HR activities across the company’s Global Supply Chain organization. * The Director serves as a strategic advisor to hisher clients to ensure they are successful in continuing to build and enhance our top-line performance for our core business. * This individual will focus on talent management strategies to maximize and optimize talent; succession planning for all key roles; design and lead all change initiatives; and coach and advise leaders to support their business objectives. * The successful candidate will be an HR professional with a proven track record of leading an HR team within a manufacturing environment. * This position reports to the Vice President, Human Resources and has a strong working partnership with the Vice President, Global Supply Chain. The incumbent will manage a global team of 3 HR professionals; 2 direct reports. The Individual: * BSBA degree in HR Management, Business, IndustrialLabor Relations or related field of study is required and a Masters Degree andor MBA degree preferred. * The candidate must have a minimum of 12 years of business experience with a proven track record of driving change and success in a global manufacturing environment at the director-level. A minimum of 10 years of progressive Human Resource experience in a highly collaborative, matrix environment is required. * Strong business acumen required. * Ability to establish effective relationships across all levels within the organization and demonstrate strong interpersonal & influencing skills. * Must be comfortable dealing with both strategic and operational dimensions of the role. * Strong collaboration skills required and previous experience partnering with internal customers on talent management, succession planning, organizational capability, and employee engagement. * Must have a working knowledge of current Employment and Labor Laws. * Experience supporting a global organization is highly preferred. * This position requires up to 20% domestic and international travel.
