Goodwill of Southern Nevada, Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides education, employment and training for people with disabilities and other special needs to maximize the quality of life for each individual served. We support our mission though a process called "The Cycle of Giving". This means that we take donations from local Nevadans, items such as clothes, home goods, furniture and more, and sell in in our retail stores, online, and to recyclers/salvage buyers. The funds generated through the sale of these donated items are then used to fund job training and placement programs for local adults, veterans, and youth. Additionally, we have an active fund development/grant department and several annual special events that support our programs as well.

charity: water is a non-profit bringing clean and safe drinking water to people in developing nations. Since 2006, we`ve funded 20,056 water projects in 24 developing countries. When complete, these projects will provide clean, safe drinking water for more than 6.3 million people. Nearly 663 million people don’t have access to clean drinking water, that`s one in ten of us. Diseases from dirty water kill more people every year than all forms of violence, including war. The good news: there are simple solutions, from deep drilled wells to water filtration systems. And with the help of 400,000+ donors and individual fundraisers, we`re forming a strong force against the water crisis.
