This includes steps taken by a teacher, staff member or administrator to support students for both positive and challenging behaviors and academic needs. Teacher Evaluation: The Teacher Evaluation system transfers a teacher evaluation rubric into an user friendly web -based system that allows principals to utilize any electronic device to observe and document teacher performance. In addition, this App includes data reports that give a detailed description of recommendations, observations required, tenure status, and a professional learning section that includes meaningful and actionable feedback and professional development recommendations to improve teaching practice.
