That is why Upper Valley Career Center provides a broad spectrum of Adult Education opportunities as well as Adult Basic and Literacy Education and customized workforce development. Participation in full-time training may be funded with PELL grants, WIA, and TAA dollars. Graduates of full-time programs earn college credit and benefit from articulation agreements with state and affiliated institutions. The Adult Division operates under the authority of the Ohio Board of Regents and is ACCSC Accredited.
