NLS receives the Legal Services Corporation funding for the state of Nevada. On September 27, 2022, FedNat Insurance Company ("FNIC") was placed into receivership by the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (OIR). The Florida Department of Financial Services (DFS) now has authority over FNICs operations; including bank accounts. As a result, there may be a slight delay in claim processing during this transitional period.
