Office Practicum was originally conceived and designed in 1992 by a team of programmers and pediatricians at Visual Data, LLC, a software company based in New York City. Visual Data focused on delivering software solutions for pediatricians and pediatric offices.   The initial Office Practicum Pediatric EHR included encounter notes, prescription chronologies, growth curves, vaccine tracking and school/camp forms. Office Practicum exemplifies that commitment, as we continue to work with pediatricians, office staff and hospital-based clinics to develop and enhance its capabilities. Founded by pediatricians for pediatricians, we remain dedicated to being a leader in providing pediatric EMR/PMS solutions.
