At Tug Hill Vineyards we are dedicated to producing the finest estate grown, handcrafted, premium New York State wines available on the market today. Established in 2007, Tug Hill Vineyards is owned and operated by Michael and Susan Maring. The Marings have been involved in the horticulture industry for 30 years, having previously owned a landscape and nursery business. Twenty acres of premium grapevines, developed at the University of Minnesota, are thriving on our forty acre estate. In addition to our grapes, Tug Hill Vineyards features three acres of u-pick red and golden raspberries along with five acres of u-pick high bush blueberries. With ten varieties of cold hardy French-American hybrids planted, we hope to produce a diversity of wines, dry to sweet (red and white), that will please every palate.
Ordnance Brewing is an outlier, a brewery out past the far edges of Pacific Northwest population centers, far from the region`s corporate breweries and dense brewer communities - smack dab in the middle of a beer desert. As such, there are no predetermined expectations, no unspoken rules or formulas to be accountable to. It`s the freedom found in the wide-open spaces of the Columbia Plateau and expansive farmland. In this remoteness, we brew freely, with an innovative spirit, a farmer`s work ethic and the creativity of someone living off the land, making beauty out of little. The owners, brewer and brewery itself are on the fringe, uninhibited, driven to work together for a common cause, a unified mission: Brew distinct, honest and simply enjoyable beer.
We believe wine is an experience. We put that experience into cans because we believe they are the most sustainable format for wine. Our wines are sustainably farmed, low intervention(no chemical manipulation in the cellar), minimal sulfur, dry (no sugar) and vegan. We`re taking sommelier curation beyond the fine dining restaurant into the perfect single serving.
