The Catalytic Fund has multiple resources for planning and funding real estate development projects that meet our criteria of quality, need, and impact. These include financial products such as loans and investments, as well as real estate development services we provide on a consulting basis. We are locally controlled, privately funded, and unregulated--therefore our financial investments are flexible, creative, and individually structured based on each projects capital need. Our financial investments are limited to projects within our Investment Area of Ludlow, Covington, Newport, Bellevue, and Dayton with some exceptions. We can provide development services for projects in any geographic location. Notable projects include Hotel Covington, the Boone Block Lofts in Covington, and Kent Lofts in Bellevue. Since 2013, we have financed or provided development services for 100 projects representing $450M+ in new investment in Northern Kentucky.
