Global Brass and Copper Holdings, Inc., through its wholly-owned principal operating subsidiary, Global Brass and Copper, Inc. is a leading, value-added converter, fabricator, processor and distributor of specialized copper and brass products, including a wide range of sheet, strip, foil, rod, tube and fabricated metal component products. While we primarily process copper and copper-alloys, we also reroll and form certain other metals such as stainless steel, carbon steel and aluminum. Using processed scrap, copper cathode and other refined metals, we engage in metal melting and casting, rolling, drawing, extruding, welding and stamping to fabricate finished and semi-finished alloy products. The majority of our operations and sales activities are focused in North America under the Olin Brass, Chase Brass and A.J. Oster brand names.
