Headquartered in Victoria, Texas, Regency Integrated Healthcare Services operates under Capital Senior Care Ventures, who acquires, constructs, owns, and operates nursing facilities and operates as a subsidiary of Capital Funding Group, Inc. Capital Senior Care Venture operates as a joint venture partnership between Blue Mountain Capital Management and Capital Funding Group that invests in health care facilities across the post-acute spectrum.
