Established in 1942 under the name Heung-A Tire Company, Nexen Tire Co. is proud to have served the tire industry for the past 71 years. We were recognized in 1956 as the first Korean tire company. In 1985, we dedicated our facility in Yangsan, Korea, to the production of radial tires. 6 years afterwards, in alliance with OHTSU Tire and Rubber in Japan, we sharpened and honed our development and manufacturing capabilities.
