The Golf Course Superintendents Association of America is the professional association for the men and women who manage and maintain the game`s most valuable resource — the golf course. The Environmental Institute for Golf, the philanthropic organization of the GCSAA, is a collaborative effort of the environmental and golf communities, dedicated to strengthening the compatibility of golf with the natural environment. Cal INDEX is an independent, not-for-profit organization formed in August 2014 by Blue Shield of California and Anthem Blue Cross to address the major unmet medical need of a statewide health data exchange. Cal INDEX will launch later in 2014 with approximately 9 million health information records from the two plans’ combined members. Cal INDEX is open to any health data contributor.
