Our award-winning health information exchange (HIE) helps medical and behavioral health providers in western Colorado securely share patient data that enhances care coordination, reduces duplication of services and identifies individuals at risk so that efforts can be focused where they are needed most. Hospitals, providers, post-acute care facilities, home care agencies and other health service providers are using QHNs system in creative and innovative ways to improve the quality and efficiency of care and the way care is coordinated. We save patients and providers time and money today and are committed to finding new and innovative ways to continue to in the future. In addition, our Community Resource Network (CRN) is a person-centric, Social Determinants of Health (SDoH)-focused community information exchange (CIE) integrated with our HIE. By incorporating medical, behavioral and social data, CRN helps fill the gaps in care to improve the well-being of people in our communities. Hospitals, providers, post-acute care facilities, home care agencies, behavioral agencies as well as social service agencies and other health service providers are using QHNs systems in creative and innovative ways to improve the quality and efficiency of care and the way care is coordinated.
Shared Assessments is a member-driven consortium of corporations, IT service providers and assessment firms, including the Big Four accounting firms. Shared Assessments mission is to offer rigorous standards for managing risk associated with security, privacy and business continuity controls in IT outsourcing relationships and provide its members with critical knowledge about trends in global outsourcing. We currently have companies representing a range of industries including financial services, retail and healthcare. Our members provide input to our tools - the AUP (Agreed Upon Procedures) and the SIG (Standard Information Gathering Questionnaire), which are used for evaluating vendor controls for IT security, privacy, business continuity, and other third party risks. These tools allow outsourcers, service providers and assessment firms to save time, resources and increase efficiencies in the assessment process and reduce the need for on-site assessments.
