Overview:
Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, the CTO is responsible for establishing the company`s technical vision and leading all aspects of the company`s product development. The CTO will be "hands-on" rather than theoretical but importantly must also be strategic and have a strong track record of partnering with the business. Given expected growth, ability to scale an organization and technology platforms will also be a focus.
Responsibilities:
• Establish the company`s technical vision and leads all aspects of the company`s technological development
• Collaborate with the NetBrain team to define the product vision, strategy, potential market opportunities and revenue models to fit into the company`s strategic vision
• Recruit, build, and manage entire R&D team and deliver results through team
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
• Bachelor`s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education
• Proven capability as a CTO
• Bilingual preferred (Mandarin & English)

• To actively communicate, inspire and motivate all levels of staff
• To think and act strategically and proactively
• Strong writing and presentation skills
