We operate 1,438 units of low income and supported transitional and permanent housing for homeless persons living with serious mental illness or HIV/AIDS. Our Medical and Psychiatric Respite Program offers short-term supportive housing, care management and coordination for patients from acute care hospitals. Our Vida Guidance Center, a Bronx-based mental health clinic provides more than 18,000 outpatient visits a year to children, adolescents, adults, families and seniors.
