The YMCA of Pawtucket is comprised of five branches across the state: Family YMCA and Heritage Park YMCA Early Learning Center in Pawtucket, MacColl YMCA in Lincoln, Westwood YMCA in Coventry and Woonsocket YMCA in Woonsocket. With a focus on youth development, healthy living and social responsibility, strengthening communities is our cause. Collective Change is a crowdfunding platform for nonprofits and social causes. Each month will focus on different category of charitable cause. At the beginning of every month, we ll put up several causes within that months category. You can check out your options and vote for your favorite. With your $15 annual membership, 12 of those dollars are funneled into a collective donation pool. $1 for each month. By doing this, each monthly donation represents the number of people who contributed to that cause. As our community grows, so do those monthly donations. Think about it! If a million people came together with just $1 each month, we will be raising a million dollars each month for a new cause!
HopeWorks` mission is to guide Memphians in need of a second chance through essential education, counseling and career development programming to establish a relationship with God while building stability, confidence and a hope-filled future. Conceptualized in 1988, HopeWorks received its 501(c)(3) status in 1998. HopeWorks believes that investment in the individual education and well-being of its students will create Christ-centered communities with strengthened relationships, improved economies and generational impact.
