Leads the strategy, design, implementation, communication and administration of MillerCoors total compensation programs, including base salary, short and long-term incentives and the deferred compensation plan as well as HR programs, including relocation, vehicle allowance and long-service awards. Responsible for all HR Systems design, implementation, administration and governance. Serves as a member of the Human Resources Leadership Team.
Education and Experience:
Undergraduate degree required
Demonstrated success and 8-10 years of experience leading the development and execution of total compensation programs and systems, including designing and implementing executive compensation programs
Demonstrated success working with a Board Compensation Committee
Experience successfully managing shared services teams
Demonstrated success working collaboratively with employees at all levels of the organization
Skills and knowledge:
Strong technical knowledge of HR and Compensation systems
Expert-level knowledge of and ability to design financial models
Strong project management skills – design of project plans and execution against
Knowledge of FLSA
Strong business acumen and process design/improvement skills
Analytical and data interpretation skills
Ability to quickly establish credibility and gain trust
