The North Orange County Community College District (NOCCCD) is a public educational institution established in 1965, dedicated to fostering growth and development for students and employees. It includes two prominent colleges, Cypress College and Fullerton College, along with North Orange Continuing Education (NOCE), which offers extensive continuing education programs. NOCCCD provides a variety of educational services, including credit-based programs that lead to associate degrees, vocational certificates, and transfer opportunities to four-year institutions. NOCE focuses on noncredit education, offering free programs that enhance basic skills, employability, and civic engagement. Recently we have benefitted from the CRRC expertise in electric drive and control systems in the traction industry and are applying that technology to the hybrid and pure electric vehicle markets.
