NorthShore Health Centers is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing quality, affordable healthcare to the uninsured and underinsured in Porter, Lake and LaPorte Counties. NorthShore currently has 9 locations providing medical care. Patients are seen on both a scheduled and walk-in basis. Area Clinics and Services -- Completing the health system are eight freestanding primary care clinics, 22 specialty clinics, three express care clinics, four satellite physical and cardiac rehab therapy sites, five retail pharmacies and home health services.
