These cases have benefited hundreds of thousands of public employees, not only in California, but throughout the United States. Before starting Messing Adam & Jasmine LLP in April of 2015, its attorneys practiced with Carroll Burdick whose founding fathers were involved in the creation of the Peace Officers Research Association of California (PORAC). In 1974, Carroll Burdick set up the PORAC Legal Defense Fund, an ERISA trust, which was the nation`s first prepaid legal plan. At Messing Adam, we utilize the team approach to labor representation.
