We represent clients before insurance regulators throughout the country, and help form and license insurance companies, service contract providers, insurance agencies and other regulated entities. We help companies resolve regulatory inquiries and issues raised by state governmental agencies. We provide state legislative lobbying directly in Florida, and provide an outsourcing of this function for companies and trade associations throughout the United States, working with local lobbying partners in every State capitol. Our emphasis is on the insurance, service contract, warranty, hospital, health care sectors, but have represented clients from many disciplines.
