Medical Facilities holds controlling interest in five specialty surgical hospitals located in Arkansas, Indiana, Oklahoma, and South Dakota. Medical Facilities` hospitals focus on a limited number of high volume, non-emergency surgical, diagnostic and imaging procedures. The case mix at each hospital is a function of the clinical specialties of the physicians on the medical staff and the equipment and infrastructure at each facility.
