Senior Director, Total Rewards
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Reporting directly to the Chief Administration Officer, the Total Rewards Leader is responsible for driving the strategy, design and implementation of Marvells global compensation, benefits and recognition programs in support of Marvells strategy. This role leads the compensation, benefit and recognition teams, ensuring strong integration and alignment globally.
Job Responsibilities:
• Drives Marvells total rewards philosophy and principles.
• Leads the design, development and management of global compensation programs including competitive benchmarking analysis, base pay, incentive compensation, sales incentive, equity and executive compensation programs.
• Leads the design, development, and management of benefits programs, including, health, wellness and retirement plans.
• Develops, reviews and evaluates job families, job leveling and job profiles to ensure legal compliance and internal equity.
• Partners with global business leaders and regional HR Leaders to ensure effective design development and successful implementation of programs globally.
• Develops a comprehensive, effective communication strategy and improves upon methods to communication rewards programs to executives and employees.
• Successfully engages, manages and maintains relationships with internal and external vendors/brokers.
• Leads annual focal review in partnership with the Learning and Development team.
• Analyzes effectiveness and provides recommendations for improvements to rewards plans that support Marvells current and long-range goals and objectives.
• Provides subject matter expertise and accurately interprets, counsels, communicates, and educates HR Business Partners, managers and executives on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretations, and job evaluations.
• Participates in negotiation of agreements with insurance carriers and financial institutions for administration of benefits programs.
